Groups & Private Sessions
You can form your own group at Frayda’s office or at your place.
What happens in a private session?
We will discuss your concerns and smoking history.
- You will receive a hypnotic session
with suggestions designed for your particular situation.
- You’ll get a CD or an MP3 file
to reinforce the suggestions.
- You will learn easy self hypnosis
which you can use any time you get the urge.Most people choose to stop after one session.
What happens in the group?
Whether you have been trying to stop for years or have just decided that now is the time to end the habit, hypnosis is a tried and true method of smoke cessation.
After the deeply relaxing group experience, you will learn a simple, 10 second method of self hypnosis which you can use wherever you are, any time you get the urge.
You will receive a recording of the hypnotic portion of the workshop.
Drink plenty of water. Cut down on caffeine, sugar and alcohol.
Get rid of all your cigarettes and ashtrays.
Eat small, healthy frequent meals.
Make sure you eat protein every 2 or 3 hours to keep your energy level. Take extra vitamins.
Tell people you stopped smoking. Talk to other ex smokers.
